1910s

  • August 4, 1915 (Isadore Schwartz) Irving Fields is born.

  • 1923 Irving Fields starts piano lessons.
  • 1928 Irving Fields plays his first professional lounge gig at 13.

  • 1930 Irving wins the Fred Allen Radio Amateur Hour at the age of 15.

2000s

  • 2006 Irving Fields releases new music John Zorn’s Tzadik Records label.
  • October 4, 2008 Irving Fields wins the Arts for the Aging's 2008 Lolo Sarnoff Award for Outstanding Vision and Creativity.
  • 2008 Irving Fields becomes famous for the Youtube.com (unofficial) theme song, which he writes in 15 minutes while the youtube video receives over 800,000 views.
  • 2009 More Bagels & Bongos reissued by Roman Midnight Music, under the creative direction of Irving.
